‘Fully Dynamic’ means a return to the final mix having headspace. Having enough room to allow the loud bits to actually be louder instead of just sounding busier. The tendency in recent years is to squash sound in the final mastering process, thus making it louder overall. The price of this is that the quiet parts of a track are pulled up to the same volume as the noisier moments. Quite simply by remastering the music and keeping the dynamic range we have a better experience of how the music should sound, just by doing one thing. Turning it up!
